As the Director of Client Services, Michelle Volz has a hand in several key areas of Peter Montoya, Inc: managing the Coaching Department, managing the One Year Marketing Plan Weekend program, and managing Client relationship issues with respect to our Creative Services Department.
Michelle's professional background ranges from marketing, advertising and sales, to psychology and executive coaching, including owning and operating her own consulting firm, Motivex Inc.

A native Southern Californian, Michelle Volz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. Michelle has received additional training through the Master Personal and Executive Coaching certification program at the College of Executive Coaching.
When she's not working and traveling for business, Michelle enjoys cycling, kayaking, working on fixer-upper properties, a little yoga every now and then, family time, and being near the ocean whenever possible.

In addition to coaching clients, Cathy participates in the two day marketing seminar that shows entrepreneurs how to grow their business and also serves as Peter Montoya's community development manager following up with previous clients to promote a greater sense of community.
Cathy is truly passionate about coaching. Her expertise is in "Brandstorming" - finding creative ways to help clients express the message they want to convey to their target market. "I am 100% committed to my client's success," says Cathy. "I work with my clients to keep them focused and on track to see the great rewards branding can bring. I like to think of myself as their partner in success." Since early 2002, Cathy has coached over 350 clients and accumulated more than 2500 hours of coaching.

| Although born in Virginia, Cathy has lived in California for over 30 years. She attended California State University at Fullerton where she earned a bachelor's degree. Before joining Peter Montoya, Cathy ran a successful corporate coach referral business called Corporate Coaches On Call. |
